Greg Jackson throws fans some of his trademark MMA moves in “Fight School,” where trainers, coaches and fighters demonstrate their techniques. Also, fans can “Go Beyond the Octagon” with Clay Guida as he gives us a tour of his crib on wheels. In “UFC Full Blast,” which offers exclusive sound captured from microphones worn in the middle of the action during action-packed UFC events, Cain Velasquez wears the wire for the epic Lesnar vs. Carwin title fight at UFC 116.
