Shawn Tompkins Seminar at Adrenaline Training Center in London, Ontario

These are some of the photos of yesterdays seminar at Adrenaline Training Center, with Top Canadian MMA trainer and coach, Shawn "The Coach" Tompkins.   In attendance were Alex "Pecker" Gasson, WEC's Mark "The Machine" Homminick, W-1's John "The Haggis Basher" Fraser and many other soon to be greats.  It was an excellent afternoon, allowing for an amazing learning oppurtunity for fighters in the area. Recieving world class instruction from one of the worlds best coaches.
