DALLAS (July 8, 2010) This week, HDNet's "Inside MMA" moves to a special time - 8:00 p.m. ET - so that the network can also bring you live coverage of "XFC XI: The Next Generation." Coverage for XFC XI begins at 9:00 p.m. ET

In the main event of the evening, Bruce "The Noose" Connors (8-1) meets WEC and DREAM veteran Micah Miller (13-4), plus Kim "Sugar Free" Couture meets XFC Connecticut Open Fighter Tryout Winner, Marianna Kheyfets.
On the special early broadcast of "Inside MMA," Ex-NFL great James Brown (who served as an announcer for the first six UFC events) tells Kenny Rice that the weight classes and rules established by UFC helped give Mixed Martial Arts the credibility that it has today.
