Bellator Fighting Championship event at Citi Performing Arts Center Wang Theatre in Boston

Fight Card features Alvarez-Neer ‘Super Fight’ and Kittridge-Torrey Local Main Event

BOSTON, Mass. (April 7, 2010) — Tickets go on sale today for Bellator Fighting Championships’ much-anticipated May 6th event at the historic Citi Performing Arts Center Wang Theatre in Boston.

Tickets are available beginning at 10 a.m. ET at www.citicenter.org/bellator.

The event includes eight featured fights including a nationally televised “Super Fight” between reigning Bellator Lightweight Champion Eddie Alvarez (19-2) and former UFC star Josh Neer (27-9-1), as well as a local Main Event featuring two of New England’s best middleweights: Nate Kittridge (10-1) and Justin Torrey (5-0).

We’ve also signed two of the best middleweights in all of New England and convinced them to fight each other in our Local Main Event. The Wang Theatre event is one of two venues exclusively booked through Madison Square Garden that will host Bellator events over the next four weeks along with the historic Chicago Theatre.
